Stratum has the largest laser tag arena in North America at 13,000 sq. ft.

Yes, the title reads correctly. Zone Laser Tag has installed 110 packs of its outstanding Helios2 System at Stratum in Mesa Arizona. This upgrade now tags Stratum as the largest laser tag arena in North America at 13,000 sq. ft. (within the 18,000 sq. ft. Facility).

Stratum, which Tom and Candace Stratum opened in 1999, is well-known for their comic book style facility design and even offered their own comic book for players! The characters are named after the Stratum’s four children:  Angela Austin, Tommy White, Vinny White, and Stephanie White.  All four children currently operate Stratum.

“Stratum is one of our oldest and largest clients,” said Erik Guthrie, Vice President of Zone Laser Tag. “We were thrilled when they came by our booth at IAAPA and chose to upgrade to our newest laser tag system, Helios2. We’re sure their dedicated and loyal customers will be excited to try out the newest system in the industry and we look forward to working with Stratum long into the future.”

What this could mean? 110 packs are simply amazing and Stratum should get a lot of additional ‘buzz’ as it is now the largest laser tag arena in North America. In addition, Stratum has been responsible for the laser tag industry now having a true meaning for the term ‘technotainment’. I know that Tom and Candace received a lot of input from Disney and Universal when they developed Stratum, and their vision was right on target.  Helios2 and Stratum have together, once again raised the bar for the laser tag industry!!! Note that Zone Laser Tag is a Gold Elite Sponsor of Foundations Entertainment University.
